I’m Amari Lee Brookins (she/her). I’m an artist born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky, but am currently studying at the University of Cincinnati in Cincinnati, OH. I’m currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts. I am a multimedia artist who loves to explore numerous media like ceramics, printmaking, painting, digital work, and photography. I create because I am solely dedicated to challenging myself with different media and how I can create a story out of them. Usually, referencing past and present experiences, physically and mentally, or freestyling ideas to expand and strengthen my artistic skills within each medium.
